One to One sessions on request in
The advantage of 1-on-1 training is the individual attention and encouragement you will receive. These motivating sessions are tailored to your needs and aim to build your skill and fitness levels week by week. Specially developed activities will help you to become fitter, confident and more self aware. Concepts personal training sessions can be either Wing Chun or fitness based or a combination of the two to create fun and effective programmes that keeps you interested. Whilst you can train one off sessions, it is recommended that you complete a course of twelve sessions taken over 12 weeks. The twelve week programme allows you to absorb the information and advice given and allows you time to adapt to your new fitness programme and change habits to optimise results.
If you have a friend or two who would also like to train why not take advantage of a small group rate. Available for up to 4 people, these sessions are fun and provide you with ready made training partners in between sessions!
